  6. Contact Details in SalesUpward Prospecting: For the SalesUpward Prospecting product, we store contact details from various sources, including API, manual import, and Zapier. Email verification is done through apilayer GmbH.

  7. Imported Files: Any files imported into the service for contact management are deleted immediately after the import and are not stored.

  8. Email Outreach Activity: For email outreach, we track email openings, storing location and IP addresses of recipients. Email credentials provided for sending features are encrypted and securely stored.

  9. Inbox Tracking: Upon connecting an email provider, we collect data from your email campaigns, including subjects, bodies, senders, and recipients, via Return Path Inc.

  10. Support Interactions: Conversations with our support team, via email or chat, are managed using our third-party provider, Crisp IM SARL. These conversations are subject to deletion along with your account information upon account termination.
